PRODUCTION FACILITY
The production facility situated in Malaysia consists of a fully equipped factory for production of dry blended cement powder mixtures. All the structural grout products and down hole oil well cements under the Nautec NaX® trademark are produced here. The NaX® brand of premixed grout products consist of ultra-high performance cementitious (UHPC) grouts, high performance cementitious (HPC) grouts and ultra-lightweight cement composite (ULCC) grout products.
The 3,500 m2 factory has an automatic powder production facility with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. It has packaging systems for small bags (25-50kg packing size) and FIBC bulk bags (500-1,500kg size). The facility is equipped with laboratory facilities for testing and qualitity control of raw materials and finished goods. The facility is located near Port of Pasir Gudang and Port of Tanjong Pelepas from which the NaX® products are shipped worldwide.
The factory is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified by DNV. Selected products have been certified by Materialprüfanstalt für das Bauwesen (MPA-BAU, German Certificate) and CE marked for use in Europe. All the UHPC and HPC grout products are verified by DNV Singapore.
In addition to the laboratory located at the production facility, we are operating a state-of-the-art oil well cement laboratory in Singapore. The laboratory is mainly engaged in the development and research of cementitious downhole products for well integrity and remediation of producing wells.
